AEOLUS has four interfaces: admin, manager, user, and procurement. The admin interface manages the corporate hierarchy and provides a bird’s-eye view of the process. The manager interface approves and sends requests, while the user interface allows employees to send requests and manage their personal information as well as entailed to send requests on his own. The user interface (traveler interface) allows employees to manage their passports and residencies. The procurement interface handles booking management and provides visibility over various analytical reports. AEOLUS offers a comprehensive solution for managing corporate hierarchies and bookings.
3.Who can send a travel request in AEOLUS?
Everyone on AEOLUS can send a travel request, either it’s assigned as admin, manager, or traveler.
4. What can be requested through AEOLUS?
You can request a flight, accommodation, or both; moreover, if you have further specific requests,
there is a notes section where travelers can type in their requests.
5. How many steps does it take to approve a travel request?
It takes only one step to request a travel request, then it will be directed to the direct manager to be approved then to the procurement for booking and finally the reservation will be sent.
